How to find out if my iPhone is unlocked?

Your phone must be unlocked to activate the MobileX service. To find out whether your phone is locked or unlocked, use any of the following:

1. Contact your current carrier and ask them to verify your phone’s lock status

iPhones users can view unlock status in Settings:

•  Go to Settings > General > About
• Scroll down to Carrier Lock.
  • It will say 'No SIM restrictions' if the phone is unlocked.
