Resetting your network settings if you're using Android

Resetting your network settings restores all of the network-related features to your device's original factory state, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, VPN, and much more. 

Samsung devices: 

1. Open Settings. 
2. Tap General Management. 
3. Select Reset. 
4. Tap Reset network settings. 

Google Pixel devices: 

1. Open Settings. 
2. Tap System. 
3. Select Reset options. 
4. Tap Reset Wi-Fi, mobile and Bluetooth.
