How do I know if my XpertCare request was received?

You will first receive an email notification with a Ticket ID#, which confirms your request was successfully submitted. The rest is in our hands as we work to resolve your issue.

While we work, you will be getting a notification every time an expert replies to your ticket. The notification will include the solution to your issue and/or a notification that we were able to fix the problem.
