What to do if your phone is lost or stolen

First off, we are sorry your phone has been misplaced or stolen! Please send us a Support Request stating that your phone was lost or stolen. Follow these steps:

1. Tap Get Help on the bottom bar
2. Tap Check Support Request Status
3. Tap Start A New Support Request
4. Then go through Device Issues >Lost or Stolen Device

Fill out as best you can and we’ll get back to you when the report has been submitted.
