How do I remove my account?

If for any reason you want to remove your MobileX account, just follow the steps below. We hope to see you back someday!

Steps:

1. Open MobileX app
2. Tap on Access
3. Scroll down and tap Deactivate service
   1. Select either Pause, Leave with your number, or Just leave
4. Follow the remaining steps on the screen to remove your account
